Role & Responsibilities:
• Assist in HR administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining employee records, and organizing HR documents.
• Support HR team in recruitment processes including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other HR events.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects as assigned
. Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, including the ability to create and interpret complex spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and create graphs and charts.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint presentations, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging slides.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior internship experience in HR or related field is a plus. Requirements:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work 5 days a week (2 days from Office), [9:00 AM – 6:00 PM]
