We are seeking an HR Leader who can help grow and nurture our team of professionals while preserving our core values and culture. The role operates at the intersection of strategy formulation and operational execution.

The ideal candidate will think long-term while ensuring effective implementation of strategies and programs in the near-term. Responsibilities include:

– Creating a world-class people and talent strategy that aligns with the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organisation and drives a high-performance culture.

– Leading all aspects of the function including talent acquisition, people operations, performance management, compensation & benefits, retention and more.

– Overseeing recruiting through onboarding; develop and executing a long-term strategy for attracting, assessing, selecting, rewarding, and developing an elite, diverse team; and collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategy for scale.

– Driving measurement and achievement of the organisation’s core people metrics, including employee performance, engagement, retention and growth.

– Identifying and implementing the right people systems including technology systems to ensure smooth HR operations.

– Develop, own and champion a strong culture of collaboration, teamwork, and trust and scale that culture as the organisation grows.

– Get into trenches to solve everyday people challenges, coaching managers and managing administrative tasks such as leave administration

– Serve as an active member of the Leadership Team.

Professional Experience:

– Overall 8-10 years of experience with appropriate qualification

– Proven action-oriented leader of the HR function with the ability to operate effectively in both strategic and hands-on environments.

– Prior experience building and developing HR systems in a high-growth, high performance, and fast paced environment.

– Excellent organizational and people management skills.

– Demonstrated experience in people strategy, talent development, recruiting, performance management, and organizational development.

– Expertise in HR systems and workflows, benefits programs, employment laws, and other relevant subject matter.
