**Job Description: ICT Support Assistant – UNDP India**
**Location:** New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:**
– Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience OR High School diploma with 5 years of experience.

**Job Description:**
The ICT Support Assistant will provide onsite ICT support to all UN agencies at the UN House in New Delhi and remote support to field staff. Reporting to the Head of the ICT Unit (ICT Associate), this role involves:
– Providing daily technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
– Assisting with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of IT systems, including Microsoft 365 applications and Cisco Meraki networks.
– Supporting users with data backup, virus protection, and system upgrades.
– Conducting training sessions on digital tools and promoting knowledge sharing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Technical Support:** Resolve ICT-related issues for UN staff, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
2. **Network Administration:** Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain backups.
3. **Administrative Tasks:** Manage inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and spare parts.
4. **Training & Knowledge Sharing:** Develop user guides and conduct training sessions on digital tools.
**Required Skills:**
– Experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and Power Platform tools.
– Familiarity with .NET application development and exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
– Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and ITIL certification is desirable.
**Languages:** Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
**Remuneration:** INR 8,89,418.16 (Annual) / INR 74,118.18 (Monthly), excluding pension contributions.
