**Job Description:**  

The ICT Support Associate role involves providing comprehensive ICT support to UN agencies in New Delhi, both onsite and remotely. The position requires delivering efficient technical assistance, maintaining infrastructure, and supporting network operations. Reporting to the Head of ICT (ICT Associate), this role is integral to ensuring smooth technological operations across the organization.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Provide onsite and remote ICT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

– Facilitate meetings with A/V support, managing systems like projectors and audio equipment.

– Maintain inventory of software and hardware, ensuring accurate documentation.

– Assist in network administration, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and monitoring performance.

– Collaborate on locally developed applications, gathering feedback for improvements.

– Ensure compliance with UNDP’s ICT standards and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives.

 

**Qualifications:**  

– **Education:** Secondary education (high school) with 6 years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science with 3 years of experience.

– **Skills:** Proficiency in Office365, SharePoint, Zoom, MS Teams, and Alcatel PBX. Experience with Cisco Meraki and cloud telephony is desirable.

– **Language Fluency:** Fluent in English and Hindi.
