**Job Description: ICT Support Associate – UNDP**
**Job Location:** New Delhi, India
**Experience Required:** Minimum of 6 years (with secondary education) or 3 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in Information Technology/Computer Science.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Provide onsite and remote ICT support to ensure smooth operations of information management tools and technology infrastructure.
– Assist in the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of software and hardware systems, including anti-virus programs and network configurations.
– Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for audiovisual (A/V) equipment, such as projectors, speakers, and microphones.
– Support network administration by troubleshooting connectivity issues and assisting with backup and restoration procedures.
– Maintain inventory of ICT hardware and software, and collaborate with procurement units to manage spare parts and supplies.
– Facilitate training for UNDP staff on ICT tools and applications, contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization.
**Competencies:**
– **Technical Competencies:** IT Customer Support, Network Management, Cloud Telephony, and Audio/Video Systems Knowledge.

**Minimum Qualifications:**
– Secondary education is required; a university degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred but not mandatory.
– Minimum of 6 years (with secondary education) or 3 years (with bachelor’s degree) of relevant experience in IT.
**Desired Skills:**
– Experience with Office365 applications, SharePoint, and cloud telephony systems like Zoom.
– Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Alcatel PBX systems is desirable.
– Familiarity with international organizations and their operational environments is an advantage.
**Language Requirements:**
– Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
**Remuneration:**
The salary starts at INR 11,73,913.48/-(Annual) / INR 97,826.12/-(Monthly), excluding an 8.33% pension contribution.
