The person working in this role will be responsible for supporting a cluster level systemic change in public schools. The role will involve working with and coaching 20 fellows on learning, wellbeing and governance. The person will also be working closely with all the stakeholders including teachers, community members, SMCs, local government and block level education functionaries to create an enabling environment for the program’s effective implementation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Mentoring, coaching and working with the on ground team for effective and qualitative implementation of the program.
- Collaborating and working in synergy with the Government stakeholders to advocate best practices at the district level.
- Supporting best practices and advocating for healthy wellbeing of oneself and of the on ground team.
- Analyzing, documenting and communicating data based field insights with the on ground team and relevant stakeholders to inform strategy.
- Ability to make data driven decisions to support micro operations and draw insights to support macro level decisions for the program.
- Demonstrating best practices related to children, teacher and community engagement to support team members in getting the direction
- Responsible for maintaining monthly, quarterly and annual impact report of all programs
- Quarterly impact and outcome analysis of interventions with the team and sharing best practices and needs with Government officials.
Skills and Experience
- Experience of working in the development sector especially in the Education domain.
- Two years’ of teaching experience or fellowship in the education domain.
- In addition, 2 years of experience of working in leadership capacity in managing a team of at least 7-8 people.
- Exceptional Verbal, Written and presentation skills in English or Hindi.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Tech Savvy

Compensation
30,000 – 35,000 per month
