**Job Description: Illustrator and Designer – Consultant (Full Time)**

**Experience Required:** 2-3 years in design or illustration roles with exposure to narrative design and storytelling.

The organization aims to shift the purpose of education towards helping every child thrive, using life skills and innovative approaches since 1999.
**Role Overview:**
We seek a creative and detail-oriented Illustrator/Designer to join our Narrative Building Team within the communications department. This role involves translating complex narratives into visually compelling designs for storytelling across platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Develop visual concepts, illustrations, and layouts for narrative-driven projects.
– Collaborate with communication strategists, writers, and designers to enhance storytelling.
– Maintain brand consistency and uphold visual identity standards.
– Support content strategy by creating visual assets.
– Manage feedback and prioritize multiple design projects efficiently.
**Requirements:**
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
– Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design principles, and layout techniques.
– Experience working within brand guidelines and adapting designs for different channels.
– Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Portfolio demonstrating illustration and design work with a focus on storytelling, branding, and content creation.
**Salary Range:**
7,20,000 – 9,00,000 INR
