**Job Description: Implementation Coordinator**
**Location:** Vijayawada (NTR District), Andhra Pradesh
**Experience Required:** 4-7 years

We partner with government bodies to co-create programs that enhance teaching-learning practices and improve student outcomes. Our approach focuses on building system leaders and influencing policies to ensure equitable education for all children, particularly the most underserved.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee implementation of teacher training programs across districts.
– Collaborate with government stakeholders and internal teams to achieve project goals.
– Conduct regular progress updates and prepare reports for leadership and government stakeholders.
– Monitor project milestones, conduct site visits, and adjust plans based on observations.
– Lead team reviews, individual check-ins, and team learning circles.
– Develop outstanding presentations and work with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite.
**Qualifications:**
– Degree in education, teacher development, or related social science/management discipline; master’s preferred.
– 4-7 years of experience leading large-scale training programs, preferably in government schools.
– Experience managing teacher training projects at the state level.
– Knowledge of public policy implementation and understanding of Indian education policy.
**Skills & Capabilities:**
– Excellent written and oral communication skills; Telugu preferred.
– Initiative-taking and ability to work in a semi-structured environment.
– Belief in the potential of government systems to drive equity.
– Patience, resilience, and adaptability.
– Strong presentation and data management skills.
**Compensation:**
The salary band is INR 5-6.5 lakh per annum CTC, commensurate with experience.
