**Job Description: Implementation Coordinator**
**Location:** Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh

**About Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (LFE):**
Leadership For Skilled Education Foundation (branded as Leadership For Equity, LFE) is a non-profit organization focused on building the capacity of government system leaders and influencing education processes. Partnering with local and state education bodies, LFE co-creates programs to improve teaching-learning practices and student outcomes. The foundation aims to create effective public education systems through research, advisory support, and policy influence.
**Project Overview:**
LFE is collaborating with Mantra4Change on the Supporting Andhra’s Learning Transformation (SALT) project in Andhra Pradesh. This initiative aims to revamp government school systems to benefit underserved communities by enhancing teaching quality and reducing learning poverty.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Oversee implementation of teacher training programs across districts.
– Collaborate with government stakeholders and internal teams to achieve project goals.
– Conduct district visits to monitor implementation and adjust plans based on data.
– Manage a team, including conducting performance reviews and individual check-ins.
– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for leadership and government stakeholders.
– Design people management structures and participate in organizational team activities.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Degree in education, teacher development, or related social science/management. Master’s preferred.
– **Experience:** 4-7 years leading large-scale training programs, preferably in the government education sector at state or district levels.
– **Skills:** Excellent communication skills (Telugu preferred), initiative, adaptability, and ability to work with Microsoft Excel & Google Suite.
– **Knowledge:** Understanding of social equity, development discourse, and education policy in India.
**Compensation:**
The salary range is 5-6.5 lakh INR per annum CTC, commensurate with experience.
