## Implementation Manager, FPO Program

**Job Overview:**

The Wadhwani FPO Program is a critical initiative of Wadhwani Foundation aimed at empowering farmers by providing them access to technology, training, and market linkages. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented **Implementation Manager** to play a pivotal role in the successful execution and scaling of the program in New Delhi.

**Responsibilities:**

* Lead the implementation of the FPO Program in New Delhi, ensuring program goals are achieved on time and within budget.

* Develop and execute program strategies, plans, and activities in line with the overall program objectives.

* Manage program teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination among all stakeholders.

* Build strong relationships with FPOs, farmers, and other key partners, fostering trust and cooperation.

* Monitor and evaluate program progress, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

* Conduct regular field visits to interact with FPOs and farmers, understanding their needs and challenges.

* Develop and implement training programs for FPOs and farmers, covering areas such as technology adoption, financial management, and market access.

* Facilitate access to relevant resources and services for FPOs and farmers, including technology platforms, financial products, and market linkages.

* Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in the FPO sector, contributing to the ongoing improvement of the program.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing agricultural development programs, preferably in the FPO sector.

* Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

* Strong understanding of the Indian agricultural ecosystem, including FPOs, farmers, and market dynamics.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
