Job Opportunity for Incubation Manager at Derbi Foundation in Bengaluru

DERBI Foundation is looking to hire a young professional Incubation Manager to manage incubation related activities. The aspirant must be a result-oriented go-getter with good communication skills and at least two years of relevant experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end start-up programs.
• Liaison with all stakeholders in the ecosystem for startups.
• Handling startup engagement activities and communication with all startups.
• Arrange periodic review meetings for startups with mentors/ experts.
• Follow up with startups regularly and be a solution provider for their needs.
• Should act as a go-getter for startups.
• Documenting all the meetings and activities.
• Willing to network with the relevant experts and onboard more mentors/experts.
• You will work with a highly passionate team and transparent work culture.
• Creating and updating a robust database of startups.
• Good verbal and professional writing skills.

Expectations

• Willingness to learn fast.
• An advantage to knowing the Startup ecosystem/ prior working experience in a startup or incubation center.
• Should be a go-getter and passionate about working with startups. 

Experience: 02 to 03 years

Qualifications: Any Degree with good communication skills

Job Location: Bangalore
