Responsibilities during internship:

Responsibilities may include one or many, but are not limited to, of the following:
 

  • Assist in conducting a background literature review from data or information available in the public domain or as made available by the PATH India team members.
  • Participate in consultations with the PATH representatives and other key informants to capture the strategies and interventions in various projects, lessons learned, anecdotal events, etc. for documentation.
  • Author original content and support the drafting of knowledge products (i.e., case studies and success stories, tools for data capture, project reports, etc.) to support PATH’s programs and teams.
  • Undertake the layout of KM products in PATH/project templates, aligned with PATH and donor branding guidelines.
  • Support in knowledge dissemination could include identifying knowledge sharing platforms, developing collateral for knowledge sharing (like presentation decks), and facilitating the organizing and conduct of knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Any other work, as assigned from time to time, by the knowledge management focal person.
     

Required Skills;

Required Experience:

  • Fresh graduates or final year Bachelor’s/Master’s student in English/Public Health/Social Sciences/Mass Media/Journalism/Public Relations/Life Sciences 
  • Excellent in written and spoken English
  • Demonstrated ability of named article/ product in a popular or peer reviewed publication
  • Basic primary and secondary research and analytical skills
  • Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable with collaborating across all levels of leadership within the organization
  • Knowledge of Hindi, written and spoken, will be an added advantage 

Reporting:

The intern will be expected to work from PATH India office in Delhi and report to focal persons identified by Lead – Knowledge Management from PATH India office.

Location: New Delhi

Duration:  3 months, hiring is done on a rolling basisCandidates must currently have legal authorization to work in India.
