Your key responsibilities

· The Global MIS team runs, manages and enhance WM’s Global Management Information System (GMIS) and Pulse.

· Most of production tasks are performed by Professional Service Center in Mumbai.

· Main tasks is to support weekly/ monthly reporting process, ensure consistent and efficient use of GMIS, update documentation regularly, provide training and validate data submissions.

· Support monthly Pulse upload tasks.

· Partner with central and regional CFO/ Finance colleagues and execute GMIS restatement process.

· Providing support and resolving access or entitlement related queries from GMIS & Pulse users.

· Monthly/ Weekly reporting: – Oversee and monitor all monthly production elements, ensure close link to GMIS production functions in Mumbai. Have regular exchange across teams in Mumbai. Monitor all monthly/ weekly production and reporting steps and provide solutions in case of issues – liaise with GT in case required. Support FDs validation & control processes when required.

· Monthly production support and re-aggregation: – Monthly uploads for like FTE, NTLP, Structure files, Cost Fact etc in GMIS.

· Restatements (re-aggregation of GMIS data) are to be performed half-yearly/ quarterly. Run monthly cycles and ensure delivery as per schedule.

· Data validation: – Validate data submitted by either CFOs (Global Market Teams) or Booking Centre using standard reports or queries. Address findings to regions.

· Documentation: – Review documentation on a regular basis and update when applicable. Communicate major changes to GMIS user community.

· User Access: – Support GMIS User Access & Entitlement set-up.

Provide admin support and reply to users GMIS User Access & Entitlement.

· Analysis/ ad hoc requests: – Support Deliver GMIS web reports or other business request using Query studio (BI tool in GMIS)

· System Tests (Data Recovery Tests): – Being available for system tests on weekends (business part) when data recovery tests are scheduled by data centre (Germany/ Switzerland)

Your skills and experience

· Finance (Controlling) background and strong analytical & reporting capabilities. Good data base knowledge to structure retrieves and run efficient analysis. Experienced user of all MS Office standard tools.

· Good Communication skills and being interested to interact with Global MIS user community.

· Facilitate requirements/ ask between business and IT team

· Flexibility and open for change. Challenge status quo. Manage conflicting priorities.

· Take Ownership and support new GMIS, PULSE or any upstream business requirement and system enhancements.
