**Experience Required:**  

3-5 years of experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and network administration.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

– Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

– Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.

– Resolve issues related to printers, workstations, and mobile devices.

– Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance.

– Conduct user training on software tools.

– Perform routine system updates, backups, and patches for security.

– Manage IT assets and inventories.

– Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

– Collaborate with the IT team and external vendors to resolve complex issues.

– Stay updated on current IT trends, hardware, and software developments.

 

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

– Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and/or Linux operating systems.

– Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems (Outlook/Exchange), and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365).

– Familiarity with networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

– Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

– Understanding of cybersecurity principles, firewalls, and antivirus software.

– Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

 

**Desirable Skills:**

– Certifications like Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

– Experience with IT asset management systems.

– Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.

– Government sector experience is preferred.
