**Job Title:** Junior PHP Developer

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented PHP code to develop and enhance web applications.

– Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

– Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code and systems.

– Assist in the design, development, and implementation of new features.

– Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of code quality.

– Support database management and handle basic SQL queries.

– Test applications for performance, responsiveness, and security.

– Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in PHP development.

**Requirements:**

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

– 1-2 years of relevant experience.

**Technical Skills:**

– Proficiency in PHP and familiarity with modern PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symfony).

– Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

– Understanding of MySQL or other relational databases.

– Experience working with version control tools such as Git is a plus.

– Ability to troubleshoot issues and debug code effectively.

– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

– Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.

– Good verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred Skills (Optional):**

– Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

– Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.

– Exposure to Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.

– Understanding of Agile development processes.
