**Job Description: Lead, Admissions & Outreach**

**Role Overview:**
ISDM seeks an experienced professional to lead its admissions function. This mission-critical leadership role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can inspire diverse stakeholders, manage high-performing teams, and drive sustainable social impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Define and implement the strategic direction for admissions aligned with ISDM’s mission and growth goals.
– Build a robust end-to-end admissions roadmap from first contact to onboarding.
– Oversee content strategy and digital campaigns to support the admissions funnel.
– Lead the design of admissions policies, templates, and evaluation rubrics.
– Manage budgeting, financials, and vendor relationships for efficient operations.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or sales, with at least 8 years in a managerial capacity.
– Proven track record in scaling high-touch admissions systems using digital tools and performance-driven strategies.
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, audience segmentation, SEO, CRM systems, and analytics.
– Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
