**Job Title:** Lead-AI Programs and Partnerships
**Location:** Hyderabad
**Experience Required:** 8-10 years of experience in program leadership or partnership development.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead AI ecosystem programs, driving strategic vision and collaboration.
* Cultivate and manage diverse partnerships with startups, government, industry, investors, and academia stakeholders.
* Oversee day-to-day operations across various programs, ensuring fulfillment of objectives.
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Negotiate and finalize agreements that align with mutual goals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments for seamless integration.
* Implement metrics for program effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Strong familiarity with AI technologies, trends, and startup ecosystems.
* Strong stakeholder engagement with startups, government, industry, investors, and academia.
* Track record in program operations, including budget management.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to drive ecosystem and partnership growth.
* Customer-centric mind-set with a strong bias for action.
* Organized and effective in ambiguous and complex situations while operating in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
* Good people skills, project-time management, and excellent relationship management abilities.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
