Duties & Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Intune from scratch, including device enrolment, compliance policies, app protection policies, conditional access, and reporting.
- Manage Azure VMs, including provisioning, scaling, backup, recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage on-prem and Azure AD, including synchronization, identity protection, conditional access, and governance.
- Manage O365 tenant and license, including subscription, billing, service health, support, and administration.
- Support and deploy policies for SaaS application backup, including data protection, retention, and recovery.
- Support AWS hosting environment, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and CloudFormation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices for cloud operations and management.
- Collaborate with other cloud engineers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
- Contribute in other IT operations area as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the end-users and stakeholders of the cloud services, including providing training, documentation, and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in cloud computing, preferably with Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Intune configuration and management, Azure VM management, on-prem and Azure AD management, O365 tenant and license management, and SaaS application backup.
- Experience in AWS hosting environment support, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and Cloud Formation.
- Certifications in Azure Administrator, Azure Intune Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, or
- AWS SysOps Administrator are preferred.
- Good in communication and English language, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to learn modern technologies and tools quickly.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
