**Role Summary:**
The Lead – Collaboration will conceptualize, develop, and execute fundraising strategies to secure diverse funding streams, including institutional donors such as domestic, international, and multilateral organizations. This role involves building relationships with potential funders, developing proposals, and representing Smile Foundation at industry events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Fundraising from institutional donors (domestic, international, multilaterals).
– Developing and managing partnerships for business development.
– Proposal writing and concept note preparation in collaboration with program teams.
– Overseeing grant management and donor reporting.
– Representing the organization at networking forums and events.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
– Postgraduate qualification in Business Development/Management.
– Minimum of 10-15 years of fundraising experience with institutional donors.
– Proven success in proposal development for organizations like USAID, EU, etc.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to travel extensively.
