**About Missing Millions Initiative**
Missing Millions is a non-profit initiative under Mantra4Change, focused on empowering out-of-school children. We believe every child deserves a dignified and thriving life, regardless of their schooling status. The Aaroh Fellowship Program, a 2-year intensive program for out-of-school adolescents aged 14-17, provides them with the opportunities and support to build promising careers in the creative industries.
**About the Role**
As a Lead Creative Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the Aaroh Fellowship Program. You will be responsible for:
* **Leading the delivery of all creative and theoretical aspects of the program.**
* **Working closely with the Missing Millions program team to study and strengthen program aspects.** This includes providing regular feedback and innovating on facilitating tools and methods.
This role requires a strong ability to empathize with the needs of the fellows and a passion for innovation and exploration.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
* Facilitate positive and inclusive learning and development for a diverse group of 10-15 fellows enrolled in the media course.
* Plan and facilitate lessons aligned with the program’s curriculum and framework.
* Enable hands-on and project-based learning for fellows, equipping them for practical work scenarios.
* Conduct regular assessments of fellows’ progress and performance.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to support students’ personal and interpersonal growth.
* Regularly check in with the Program team to ensure overall programmatic objectives align with the needs of the cohort.
**Experience & Competencies Required:**
* Previous experience in classroom or program facilitation, preferably with adolescents or youth-focused initiatives.
* Strong foundational understanding of the design and creative process.
* Mindset and ability to innovate and adjust ideas on the go.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
* Empathy for self, work, and others.
* Strong language skills in English and Tamil.

**Remuneration:**
An annual CTC onwards 4.2 LPA (depending on competency and experience).
