Mantra4Change is an organization dedicated to transforming public education in India.  We work with educational leaders to improve schools and create enriching experiences for children.  Our Missing Millions initiative focuses on empowering out-of-school adolescents through vocational and educational programs, specifically targeting creative professional skill development.  We are a small, passionate team constantly innovating and adapting our programs.

**About the Aaroh Fellowship Program:**

The Aaroh Fellowship is a two-year intensive program for out-of-school adolescents (14-17 years old) focused on creative industries.  The program provides guidance and support to help fellows build successful careers, reducing risks like financial exploitation and abuse.  It emphasizes both technical and soft skills, empowering fellows to shape their own professional journeys.

**About the Role:**

As Lead Creative Facilitator, you will be responsible for:

1.  Leading the delivery of all creative and theoretical aspects of the Aaroh Fellowship program.

2.  Collaborating with the Missing Millions program team to improve and innovate program aspects through feedback and development of new facilitation tools and methods.

This role requires strong empathy, an innovative mindset, and a willingness to adapt. You will significantly contribute to shaping the program and ensuring its effectiveness for the fellows.

**Responsibilities:**

*   Facilitate positive and inclusive learning for a diverse group of 10-15 fellows.

*   Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the program curriculum.

*   Enable hands-on, project-based learning to prepare fellows for practical work scenarios.

*   Regularly assess fellows’ progress and performance.

*   Provide mentorship and guidance to support fellows’ personal and interpersonal growth.

*   Regularly communicate with the Program team to ensure alignment of programmatic objectives with cohort needs.

**Experience and Competencies Required:**

*   Experience in classroom or program facilitation, preferably with adolescents or youth-focused initiatives.

*   Strong understanding of design and creative processes.

*   Ability to innovate and adapt ideas quickly.

*   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.

*   Empathy and self-awareness.

*   Strong English and Tamil language skills.

**Compensation:**

INR 420,000 – 480,000 per annum (depending on competency and experience)
