**Job Title:** Lead Data Engineer

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead end-to-end development of digital products tailored for users across multiple countries.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, medical professionals, and researchers, to pilot and scale platforms.
– Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and APIs supporting mobile and web applications.
– Implement efficient database structures, queries, and stored procedures to manage large data volumes.
– Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
– Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code while adhering to best practices.
– Maintain and enhance existing codebases, diagnosing and resolving bugs.
– Explore emerging backend technologies and frameworks to optimize development processes.
– Liaise with the product team to plan and develop new features.
– Utilize analytics tools to gain insights into system performance and user behavior, driving improvements.
**Qualifications:**
– 8-12 years of experience in software development (service/product).
– Proficiency in backend development using JavaScript, Python, Java, or similar languages.
– Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React.js.
– Strong database management skills, including SQL, data modeling, and query optimization.
– Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Jest or Mocha.
– Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) for deploying scalable backend services.
– 1+ years of experience in AI/ML technologies, including LLM implementation (RAG, fine-tuning models).
– Engineering degree in computer science or equivalent hands-on programming experience.
– Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
– Adaptability to work in dynamic environments and excellent communication skills.
