Role and Responsibilities:

• Designing creative assessment items for diagnosis and bench marking of learning
• Building simple but discerning questions to check whether the child has really understood
• Commenting and finalising questions made by peers to enhance the quality of question
• Sourcing passages for reading comprehension from class 3 to 12
• Creating scaffold content (discerning questions, interactive content like games, enrichment/remedial modules, etc.) aligned towards teaching concepts in a pedagogically sound and engaging manner
• Review the question paper to check for any errors
• Making standardized test papers for different projects
• Analysing large-scale student response data to figure out how children think and learn
• Write remedial for low performance questions
• Designing and conducting training and workshops on Assessment Process, Question making, understanding results, and reports, etc.
• Interactions with the schools to get the feedback
• Interaction with the students and taking interviews to understand the child psychology
• Researching on learning & teaching methodologies through reading and sharing academic journals, analysing student performance data on questions, interacting with external subject experts, interacting with teachers and students for insights about students’ learning.

Requirements

• Should have excellent subject knowledge of Hindi Language
• Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Should have the ability to critically analyse assessment and learning content
• Should have the ability to create and source engaging content for students
• Should have basic technological awareness.
• Great aptitude, logical and analytical thinking
• Hard work, can do routine things differently and different things routinely

Experience

Candidates who have 3-5yrs experience in the field of education, have worked closely with teachers or teacher trainers and students will find the job interesting
