**Key Responsibilities:**
– Initiate campaigns/activities to generate leads.
– Develop individual campaigns tailored to NGOs and organizations.
– Research data on individuals and NGOs to create effective campaigns.
– Manage database operations for both individual and NGO leads.
– Handle inbound and outbound calls, maintaining daily database updates.
– Empower organizations to respond efficiently to opportunities.
– Communicate with target NGOs and individuals to promote initiatives.
– Generate reports on campaign performance at various levels (daily, biweekly, monthly).
– Evaluate adherence to processes and take corrective actions.
**Requirements:**
– 2-5 years of relevant work experience in CRM, database management, or campaign support.
– Bachelor’s degree with strong communication skills.
– Proficiency in English for both oral and written communication.
– Experience with IT systems and support functions.
