**Job Description**

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The Lead Executive will play a pivotal role in generating leads and driving growth for the organization through effective campaign management and database management. 

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute campaigns to generate leads from both individuals and NGOs.

* Conduct research on individual and NGO data, making calls to generate leads.

* Manage and maintain a comprehensive database to support lead generation activities.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely response to potential opportunities.

* Develop and share communication materials targeted at NGOs and individuals.

* Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, conversion rates, and adherence to targets.

* Evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements:**

* 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.

* Experience in CRM database support, campaign management, and IT systems and support.
