**Job Description: Lead – Finance, Landscape Restoration**

**Job Location:**
New Delhi, India
**Position:**
Lead – Finance, Landscape Restoration
**Experience Required:**
– Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, project leadership, finance, and natural resource management/restoration.
– Proven track record leading teams in designing market-oriented solutions and financial instruments.
– Experience with private sector engagement, particularly in corporate business or financial systems related to land use and restoration.
– Strong understanding of finance, sustainability investments, ESG, green finance, and landscape restoration in India.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
– Expertise in developing financial models for investment analysis and valuations.
– Ability to advocate for progressive policies and engage with diverse stakeholders.
– Excellent communication, partnership management, and donor engagement skills.
– Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
– Professional fluency in English; knowledge of an additional Indian language is advantageous.
**Salary:**
₹25,00,000 to ₹34,00,000 CTC per annum
This position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. The role is for two years with potential extension based on performance.
