Donor Relations and Client Delight
- Strategise and execute the client delight aspect of past and current donors with timely reports, presentation decks and case studies to enhance their relationship with Ei
- Synthesise impact into data and descriptive analysis to enhance pitch presentations and Ei’s work
- Plan, organise and execute donor meets, conferences and annual Ei conclave to accentuate impact of brand Ei
Communications and Marketing
- Implement and manage the vertical’s marketing and branding strategy – to build awareness and on-board new donors, partners, talent
- Design reports, brochures, presentation decks, on-boarding manuals and other designing needs
- Compile and work on organisation’s annual reports/ proposals/ award applications/newsletters/case studies by collaborating with the implementation team
Experience
- Candidates with a relevant degree and internship experience in communications/ consulting/fundraising/social impact/PR with significant writing
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in communications and marketing
- Fellowship experience in the education/ development sector (preferred)
Key skills
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, networking skills and ability to work on tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently as a self-starter
- Knowledge in basic designing tools and data analysis (preferred)
- Effective planning skills to meet targets
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point
- Ability to visualise and write concise and comprehensible content
- Ability to learn fast and grasp Educational Initiative’s model and business
Educational Qualification – Graduate/Post Graduate in Communications/Marketing/Literature/Journalism or equivalent, preference given to those with a background in communications
