At The/Nudge you will:

  • build strategy to attract talent which improves the talent density at The/Nudge
  • build a community of action-oriented, purpose aligned individuals for solving social problems
  • provide an unmatched candidate experience 
  • build a product to enable top talent to transition into the development sector
  • identify the talent requirements for various teams at The/Nudge and build a thorough
  • understanding  of the ideal candidate for the roles
  • identify and mobilize avenues which will help us source high-potential talent
  • understand the hiring principles/framework of The/Nudge  and will implement the hiring process for the candidates
  • lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for leadership roles (managing application tracking system, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening high potential candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews with other panelists, rolling out offers, etc.)
  • build,maintain and develop  relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • support in developing/optimizing processes to make the hiring process purposeful and efficient
  • design and drive critical projects which will enable us to hire outstanding talent for the organization
  • lead and manage a team of recruiters

Apply if you have:

  • around 10-12 years of exposure to working in fast-paced environments
  • experience in talent marketing and building brands
  • a bachelor’s degree in any subject
  • the ability to inspire and lead a team of high performing individuals
  • passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for an organization
  • a strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines 
  • creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
