**Job Description:**
The Lead – iCubed will oversee the planning and implementation of fellows’ projects, providing support and mentorship while fostering relationships with ecosystem experts. This role ensures fellows are empowered as change leaders during their 15-month journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and coordinate the iCubed initiative to meet goals and timelines.
– Facilitate training sessions and workshops for skill development.
– Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met.
– Build partnerships with external organizations and stakeholders.
– Document best practices for knowledge sharing and future improvements.
**Qualifications:**
– Educational Qualification: Any graduate, post-graduate, or fellowship. Preference for degrees in project management or social sciences.
– Experience: 1-2 years in project management, school-based program implementation, or similar fields.
**Skills Required:**
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and data analysis.
– Organizational and time-management abilities.
– Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
– Good written and verbal communication in English (Tamil optional).
**Commitment:**
This is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 2 years. Frequent travel within Tamil Nadu may be necessary.
