We are looking for someone passionate about promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among corporate employees. Handling volunteering interventions of our corporate partners. The individual is responsible to manage relationships & events execution with our corporate partners with the support of Team. Our ideal candidate is someone who manages multiple stakeholders, event operations, and a bunch of enthusiastic team members who can communicate effectively and has a passion for volunteering.
The Lead / Manager Pro Bono Volunteering would be spearheading Pro Bono events in the Corporate Volunteering team, across different programs. The lead/ manager is expected to develop and implement effective strategies for potential volunteers to ensure the best match between the skills, qualification, and interests of the volunteers and the needs of the organization by liaising with organizations which are recruiting volunteers to understand how they work, develop partnerships and assess their volunteering needs and conduct ongoing evaluation of the programs and services delivered by Pro Bono volunteers and implement improvements as necessary.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with Corporate partners for innovative volunteering initiatives that have mass impact, both at a Policy Level and implementation level.
- Outreach activities to promote Pro Bono volunteering events and projects.
- Develop and implement goals and objectives for the Pro Bono Volunteering program which reflects the mission of the organization.
- Conceptualizing and creating independent tools that seek to aggregate and measure the social impact; creating/ streamlining processes with regard to all activities endeavored.
- Promoting Volunteerism program (internally and externally) through publicity strategies and campaigns. Gain community support of the volunteer program and the organization
Preferred Education Qualifications:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate preferably in MSW, Public Policy with 3 – 4 Years of work experience in promoting volunteerism at state and national level and exposure to Government, Corporate and Civil Society Organization working methodology.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exposure and knowledge of project execution and management preferred. Good academic profile.
- Conversant with basic computer operations and social media – proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral with command over languages like English & Hindi. Any other language is an added asset.

- Scope: Full time, Willing to work flexible hours
- Designation: Lead to Assistant Manager – Based on candidate experience
- Remuneration: Based on the candidate’s profile
- Expected Joining Date: Immediate
