**Experience Required:** Minimum 10 years of work experience supporting monitoring, evaluation, and learning. Implementation experience is a plus.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Oversee and manage the entire MEL portfolio of SELCO Foundation.

* Develop a deep understanding of the sectors where SELCO intervenes to inform project engagement and documentation strategies.

* Conduct critical studies and learning exercises to communicate program practices, approaches, and strategies aligned with the organization’s Theory of Change.

* Stay updated on health sector trends and plan team activities accordingly.

* Lead and coordinate primary and secondary research and data analysis.

* Identify lessons learned and their implications for program improvement.

* Ensure seamless coordination across organizational functions for efficient data monitoring and feedback loops.

 

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Minimum 10 years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

* Preferred experience in systems thinking, human-centered design, developmental evaluation, and user-based study methodologies.

* Ability to integrate conceptual approaches with ground realities and develop appropriate study methodologies.

* Skill in creating compelling documentation for the health sector across SELCO’s geographic areas.

* Ability to tailor communication to resonate with diverse audiences in the health sector.

* Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

* Willingness to learn and grow professionally at a rapid pace.

* Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.

* Willingness to travel extensively in challenging terrains.
