Job Opportunity For Lead – Social Emotional Learning At Bhumi Foundation In Chennai, India

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement SEL curriculum frameworks, lesson plans, and resources for different age groups and educational levels.
• Coordinate with educators to integrate SEL practices into classroom instruction and school culture.
• Monitor the effectiveness of SEL programs through data collection and communicate findings and progress to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and other means of dissemination.
• Supervise a team of SEL coordinators, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Educational Qualification/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Education or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in education, counseling, social work or related fields, with a focus on social emotional learning or mental health support. Knowledge of SEL frameworks, theories, and evidence-based practices.

Knowledge & Skill sets required:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
