**Job Description: Lead – State Partnerships & Government Alliances**
**Location:** Bengaluru
**Experience Required:** 15+ years (with 10+ years in business development/partnerships and 5+ years in government work)

The/Nudge is an action institute dedicated to reducing poverty by empowering women, farmers, tribals, and youth through initiatives in rural development, agriculture, skilling, and economic inclusion. Partnering with over 15 central and state governments, they’ve impacted 25 million Indians across 10 states, securing $250M in government funding.
**Role Overview:**
The Lead for State Partnerships & Government Alliances will drive strategic partnerships to scale livelihood opportunities for the poor. This involves representing programs to stakeholders, building relationships with state governments, developing tailored messaging, managing proposals, setting goals aligned with strategy, balancing short-term and long-term objectives, and collaborating internally and externally.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Represent The/Nudge’s work to government stakeholders.
– Identify, build, and manage networks within state governments for program buy-in.
– Develop targeted messaging for government stakeholders.
– Own collaterals and proposals for government stakeholders.
– Set annual goals aligned with the institute’s strategy.
– Balance short-term results with long-term objectives.
– Collaborate extensively with internal teams to achieve results.
– Represent The/Nudge at ecosystem events as needed.
