**Job Title:** Lead Teacher

**Role Summary:**
The Lead Teacher role involves three key areas: teaching, coaching teachers, and project management. This position serves as a stepping stone towards school leadership, requiring the ability to co-lead with the principal and inspire excellence in pedagogy.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Teaching:**
– Teach one subject to one grade.
– Set the vision for pedagogical excellence by developing and executing unit plans using advanced approaches.
– Innovate lesson designs, execution strategies, and data analysis methods.
2. **Coaching & Managing Teachers:**
– Lead a team of 4-5 teachers, managing performance and providing career guidance.
– Set ambitious goals and create individual growth plans for teachers.
– Co-create school culture and strategy with the principal.
3. **Project Management:**
– Design and execute projects for student holistic development, parent involvement, and innovation in school practices.
– Measure outcomes and refine project design annually.
– Document project plans for replication by other schools.
**Experience Requirements:**
– Exceptional teaching performance for 2-3 years.
– Overall work experience of 3+ years.
– Ability to lead a team and deliver strong results.
– Preferred: Experience in teacher coaching and development.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
– Competitive salary range of INR 7,750,000 – 8,830,000 (CTC).
