About Magic Bus:
Founded in 1999, Magic Bus works with children and young people living in poverty, in India, taking them from a childhood full of challenges to a life with meaningful livelihoods. We equip children and young people in the age group of 12 to 18, with the skills and knowledge they need to grow up and move out of poverty. Children on the Magic Bus programme successfully fend off destabilizers such as child marriage and child labour to complete school and become first-generation salary earners having secure careers in the organized sector. Please find below key responsibilities for this role-
1) Strengthening the Induction Program both filed and non-field
a. HR and Technical Induction, new joiner kit,
b. Filed and Non Field Induction
2) HR induction (online) every week
3) Self-driven online courses
4) Deployment of training module in HRMS
5) Program orientation too to be systematized
6) Test and Evaluation at the end of every course
7) Mandatory compliance online through Humanware
8) All training to be done within 10-15 days
9) Roll out the Buddy system across the org
10) Drive virtual / self learning culture: Deploy e-Learning Courses, Develop / Implement Learning Strategies and Methodologies through Virtual Training, Coaching & Mentoring
11) Learning effectiveness: Keep a track of learner progress and ensure they meet their performance milestone in collaboration with Adol and LH trg teams
12) Create/Manage Training Budget, Track/Share Training Records / Reports/Performance
