**About the Asha Kiran Program:** This program partners with the private sector and government to implement livelihood interventions for women in impoverished households, focusing on sustainable income generation through livestock-based models (poultry and goatery). The program addresses challenges in infrastructure, standardization, value chain linkages, and community organization. It employs principles of human-centered design, systems thinking, and strategic planning.
**Job Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (with at least 10 working days per month based in Uttar Pradesh and willingness to travel extensively in rural areas).
**Job Type:** Full Time
**Experience Required:** 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or intrapreneurial roles, with a focus on program management and adult learning/skilling initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with program goals.
* Identify areas for improvement and design learning interventions to enhance skills and performance of field staff and program participants.
* Oversee the creation of high-quality learning content (e-learning modules, training materials, etc.).
* Manage the implementation and operation of training programs across multiple locations, ensuring adequate resources and infrastructure.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and establish feedback loops for improvement.
**Qualifications:**
* 8+ years of relevant experience.
* Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery techniques.
* Experience leading learning and development projects.
* Willingness to spend at least 10 working days per month in Uttar Pradesh and travel extensively in rural areas.
* Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments (0 to 1 product development).
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Passion for addressing social issues at scale using technology.
* Ability to learn and apply new technologies.
