**About the Asha Kiran Program:** The Asha Kiran program partners with the private sector and government to implement livelihood interventions for women in impoverished households, focusing on sustainable income generation through livestock-based models (backyard poultry and goatery).  The program addresses challenges related to infrastructure, standardization of practices, value chain linkages, and community organization.  It employs principles of first principles thinking, human-centered design, systems thinking, and strategic planning.

 

**Job Location:** Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (with at least 10 working days per month based in Uttar Pradesh and willingness to travel to rural areas).

 

**Job Type:** Full Time

 

**Experience Required:** 8+ years of experience in product management, strategy consulting, or intrapreneurial roles, with a focus on program management and adult learning/skilling.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with program goals.

* Design learning interventions to enhance the skills and knowledge of on-ground staff and program participants.

* Develop high-quality learning content (e-learning modules, training materials, etc.).

* Manage training infrastructure across multiple locations.

* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

* Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and implement feedback loops.

* Drive innovation and conduct pilots to improve program design for scalability.

* Collaborate with program leads, partners, and stakeholders.

* Design products promoting repeatability and adoption of services in rural areas.

 

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training delivery techniques.

* Experience leading learning and development projects.

* Comfort working in ambiguous environments (0 to 1 product development).

* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

* Commitment to solving social problems at scale using technology.

* Willingness to learn new technologies and apply them to the problem context.

* Ability to work effectively in deep rural areas.
