Job Description:

The Role Context: The LMS Administrator will be responsible to create courses and learning tacks within the LMS, using curated content provided by IDs/SMEs/Vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create Learning Plans/Curriculums, uploading SCORM/AICC Content as per the training need requirement. Editing and updating e-learning modules using ARTICULATE STORYLINE.

·      Test SCORM content with Cloud. SCORM

·      Exposure to xAPI and other learning technology standards desirable

·      Manage Learning Objects (uplad, update, retire)

·      Manage Learning Objects (tag management, skill management, badges)

·     Organizing and managing all courses, content, users, and data within the LMS (Moodle).
Investigate any issues with the LMS, document the issue working with stakeholders, and liaison with the support teams to get to a resolution.

Implement best practices, training guides and new processes for LMS (Moodle): Upload and test content (SCORM, documents, videos, learning assets etc.)

Provide day-to-day technical support for end-users in the LMS by troubleshooting and educating on the platform functionality.

Skills & Experience:

Experience: Must have 1-3 Years of experience using and managing a Learning Management System (Moodle preferred)

·        Experience in Articulate Storyline 360

·        Strong interpersonal communication skills

·        Ability to take initiative and work independently

·        Online E-learning Courses deployment Pre, During & Post project work

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

·        Good communication skills
