**Job Description: Legal Counsel / Senior Manager – Tata Trusts, Mumbai**
**Role:** Legal Counsel / Senior Manager

**Reporting Head:** Head of Legal, Tata Trusts
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Contractual Matters:** Draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements such as services, supply, construction, procurement, MoUs, work orders, purchase orders, and NDAs. Develop standard contract templates and provide post-execution support.
– **Legal Advisory & Compliance:** Advise on governance, employment, data privacy, foreign exchange, intellectual property laws. Identify legal risks and mitigate them strategically. Develop SOPs for legal matters. Experience with public charitable trusts (Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950) and FCRA is preferred.
– **Litigation & Real Estate:** Handle litigation by drafting pleadings and briefing counsels. Manage real estate transactions including due diligence, conveyance/lease/license documents, and succession/bequests.
