**Job Summary:**
The Asha Kiran program aims to create large-scale impact by partnering with the private sector and government to implement livelihood interventions (Backyard Poultry) for women in impoverished households. This role requires taking ownership of the entire product development process for the acquisition module of the program. This includes identifying and defining problem statements, designing and developing scalable solutions, and piloting these solutions before deployment. The successful candidate will also develop the operational framework, define stakeholder responsibilities, establish KPIs, manage budgets and annual goals, and leverage data to improve on-ground operations. Significant travel to rural areas is required.
**Responsibilities:**
* Own the entire product development lifecycle for the acquisition module, from problem definition to solution deployment and piloting.
* Develop the program’s operational framework, including roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and budget management.
* Utilize data analysis to understand on-ground operations, identify problem areas, and advise the operations team on improvements.
* Gather user insights through field observations and data analysis to enhance user experience.
* Implement a strategic plan to streamline on-ground operations.
* Collaborate with program partners and stakeholders to ensure successful new launches.
**Qualifications:**
* At least 3 years of experience in product development, strategy, UX/UI design, or user research.
* 5-10 years of overall work experience.
* Past experience in developing or designing operations (with large field teams) or hands-on experience managing large operations teams is highly preferred.
* Proven project management capabilities.
* Ability to manage ambiguity while maintaining clear direction for short-term and medium-term growth strategies.
* Strong influencing and collaborative skills.
* Bias for action.
* Experience with quantitative or qualitative user research is a plus.
* Experience with UI/UX design for offline operations/programs is a plus.
* Fluency in Hindi and English (written and spoken).
* Willingness to travel extensively (at least 50% of the time) to rural areas.
