Job Opportunity for LMS – Associate at Bhumi

This is a remote position.

Eco-Champs Program has started a new online COURSE called EC LMS, which is a virtual mode. 

This portal is developed on TCSion. The associate is expected to pitch the Eco-Champs LMS model to different schools and onboard them along with encouraging the students to complete the courses.

The associate is also expected to work with a team of Tech experts to extract reports and share simpler nos of conversions or data points required to check the program’s health.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining records of new students being assigned to the portal and creating new batches as per bulk school sign-ups.
• Generating reports of students’ portal usage.
• Resolving queries related to the functioning of LMS and course-related queries every week.
• Following up with students for completing the course and nudging students lagging behind over email and WA reminders.
• Developing additional engagement pointers for increasing portal usage.
• Seamless Functioning of Portal and making changes in the backend as required with the support of a Tech expert.
• Manage the student’s groups on WA and Emails for query-related communication and motivate them daily to complete the online course.
• Maintaining communication with the developer team (TCSion) and will be the SPOC from the EC team.
• Reaching out to new schools and pitching them about the LMS project and onboarding them for the course.
• Managing data and certification of all the students who have signed up for the course.
• Create an on-ground team of Volunteers who can visit schools on the ground and onboard them for the EC LMS course.

Educational Qualification/Experience:

• Educational Degree:  1. Computer Science, 2. Coding, 3. Any other relevant knowledge of Learning Management Systems or working with school students.
• Relevant Experience(in years): 1 to 2 plus years in Computer science, Coding & and relevant experience in managing Learning Management Systems, Working with School students, and School Administration for educational purposes.

Knowledge and skill sets required:

• Preferably from a computer science background.
• Good Management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for managing students of class 3rd to 9th and school authorities
• Fluent in Excel &
• Knowledge of TCS ion digital learning platforms is preferred.
