**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead localization efforts by coaching in-house experts and ensuring high-quality content delivery.
– Collaborate with state leadership to develop project plans aligned with curriculum goals.
– Ensure content is easily translatable by establishing guidelines with the content team.
– Establish feedback loops with teachers through workshops for content relevance.
– Facilitate seamless execution of localization projects with tech teams.
– Share best practices with international teams and balance short-term tasks with long-term goals.
**Qualifications:**
– 5-7 years of experience, preferably in education.
– Fluent in two or more Indian languages (Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Odia, Hindi, Tamil, Assamese).
– Proven project management skills with a track record of successful complex projects.
– Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and communicate effectively.
– Quick learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for education.
