**Job Summary:**

The Manager, Academics will be responsible for driving the entire course and content development for Yuva Parivartan’s livelihood training programs. This role requires strong leadership, curriculum development expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with industry and academic partners.

**Responsibilities:**

* Drive the development and implementation of all course content for livelihood training programs.

* Collaborate with industry and academia to ensure the relevance and up-to-date nature of training materials.

* Identify emerging sectors for skill development and assess their corresponding demands.

* Develop and introduce new courses based on market needs and trends.

* Create effective teaching pedagogies and develop high-quality teaching materials.

* Oversee the training and performance monitoring of faculty members.

* Implement a system for evaluating and improving course materials, standards, and teaching methods.

* Leverage e-learning technologies to standardize and maintain consistency in teaching standards and course materials across all centers.

* Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives related to academics.

* Develop and implement the academic strategy aligned with market trends.

* Identify and manage relationships with sector partners for academic councils and industry collaborations.

**Qualifications:**

* Post Graduate degree

* 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
