The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will work closely with the marketing and communications team to develop integrated marketing communication strategies and content based on data and insights. You create campaigns and brand programs to increase adoption and compliance. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement the brand strategy.
  • Help develop communication strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and commitment with all stakeholders (donors, government, hospitals, and users).

This Includes

  • Traditional and online engagement, direct and database marketing, digital/social/internet branding, collateral/support/IEC material, and website development.
  • Inspire collaboration with partner organisations through compelling, evidence-based cases and messaging by using events, PR, social media, and joint marketing programs.
  • Develop and propel the digital footprint of the organisation to create social impact through social media, website, and other assets.
  • Partner with regional and field teams to execute focused, outbound campaigns and partner nurturing programs.
  • Develop kits, brochures, introductory presentations, and reporting templates to manage and grow relationships with partners.
  • Develop insights into different type of partners.
  • Manage engagements with marketing and/or creative agencies and other outsourced support.
  • Represent the organisation at various forums and in peer working groups.
  • Identify and develop the appropriate channel/platform/communication and marketing plans to engage effectively with partners.
  • Coordinate the development of IEC material, collateral, and end user experience for eyeglasses at outreach sites and other locations.
  • Actively seek and coordinate media and press interest for the organisation and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
  • Utilise user insights and data to develop experience, engagement, and relationship strategies.
  • Plan, organise, and manage conferences, events, and shows.
  • Identify, conceptualise, develop, and supervise compelling stories, campaigns, and IEC material/collaterals for digital and print.
  • Adept in copywriting, text, design, imagery, video, and other creative elements.

Requirements

  • MBA, post-graduation in marketing/mass communication, and/or an equivalent education.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, with exceptional presentation capabilities. Fluency and written skills in Hindi and Indian regional languages preferred.
  • Experience of 8 to 10 years in marketing, communication, and event management.
  • Excellent event management skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing or B2B campaign development (agency). And at least 2 years of digital marketing/social media exposure. PR exposure is helpful.
  • Excellent content writing and copywriting skills,
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within India.
