**Job Description: Manager, Fellowship Careers**
**Location:** Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Ahmedabad

**Experience Required:**
– Minimum of 3-5 years of full-time professional experience in relevant fields.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Research & Analysis (40%)**
– Conduct large-scale studies on the education sector job market.
– Develop and maintain an internal knowledge repository for career readiness.
– Identify external opportunities for Fellows and Alumni.
2. **Content Creation (40%)**
– Design a robust career readiness curriculum.
– Create online and offline resources, including courses, creatives, and webinars.
3. **Stakeholder Management (20%)**
– Collaborate with the Program team to support Fellows’ transitions into the education sector.
– Represent Teach For India in organizational activities like recruitment and fundraising.

– Proficiency in PowerPoint and experience with learning management systems.
