About the Project: Jaga Mission Project aims to contribute to the continued endeavor of the state government of Odisha in implementing landmark legislation aimed at granting land rights to residents of slums and informal settlements across the five corporations of the state and redevelopment of slums into liveable habitat.

Key Deliverables:

  • Develop training modules for programs and activities to be implemented and be responsible for building capacity of different stakeholders associated with the project.
  • Manage and oversee program design and delivery of all capacity building related activities targeted at the ULBs, communities and other stakeholders associated with the project.
  • Provide direction and assistance in activity planning for the project’s capacity development strategy.
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders in all aspects of project planning, monitoring, and implementation of all capacity building activities.
  • Suggest innovative appropriate methodologies to accelerate field implementation and scaleup.
  • Document and disseminate best practices in the field on implementation of project.
  • Prepare periodic reports, document the process and ensure flow of communication within the team.

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate in Management or Urban Planning or Architect or equivalent

Minimum Qualification: Three (3) (Experience of working with Government systems would be preferred)

Technical Skill Set required:

Project Management, Understanding of urban habitat, Land rights

Behavioral Skill Set required:

Thinks Strategically, Communicates with Impact, Detail Orientation, Builds Relationships, Displays Agility, Thinks Creatively
