**Job Description:**

 

This role provides crucial support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), ensuring the efficient execution of strategic, administrative, and relationship management tasks. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. 

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* **Strategic Initiatives:**

    * Manage new projects aligned with the organization’s vision and strategy.

    * Research current trends and business models within the developmental sector to support expansion plans.

* **Relationship Management:**

    * Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, including preparation, editing, and finalization.

    * Prepare for and participate in CEO meetings with external stakeholders.

    * Support CEO in donor communications by preparing presentations and financial statements.

    * Follow up on contacts made by the CEO and cultivate ongoing partnerships.

* **Enhance CEO’s Effectiveness:**

    * Build a professional and collaborative relationship with stakeholders engaging with the CEO’s office.

    * Understand the CEO’s priorities and manage scheduling to align activities accordingly.

    * Design and implement systems to improve cross-team collaboration.

    * Support the CEO in increasing the effectiveness of the leadership team by aligning their time with organizational needs.

    * Manage the CEO’s calendar, online presence, social media, and content management.

* **Research, Analysis, and Special Projects:**

    * Research, analyze, and assist in managing large amounts of data for decision-making.

    * Participate in short-term tasks and projects to support the Managing Trustee and CEO.

    * Prepare presentations for external meetings, guest lectures, and collaborations.

    * Work with the Communications team to ensure up-to-date and effective marketing materials.

* **Brand Building for CEO:**

    * Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate, plan, and execute marketing, digital, and social campaigns for the CEO.

    * Develop, create, and maintain content for online and offline platforms, sending communications to stakeholders periodically.

    * Measure campaign performance, assess efficiency, and optimize productivity.

 

**Required Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:**

 

* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Strategic thinker with strong presentation and computer skills.

* Ability to research, analyze, and present data in a clear and concise manner.

* Strong negotiation skills.

* Self-starter with sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

* Travel readiness and understanding of the development sector.

* Excellent interpersonal skills, including poise, confidence, and maturity.

* Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented in planning and executing tasks.

* Continuous learner with a commitment to the organization’s vision.

 

**Qualification and Experience:**

 

* Master’s Degree in any field.  Preference given to candidates with a background in the development sector, marketing, or public relations.

* Minimum 8 years of professional work experience (excluding internships, fellowships, or volunteering).
