**Reports to:** Senior Manager, Climate Action  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage diverse environmental projects focusing on pollution control, energy management, sustainability, and carbon credits.  

– Develop project objectives, deliverables, and execution plans aligned with logical frameworks.  

– Oversee project timelines and ensure alignment with overall goals.  

– Build partnerships with sector experts, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders.  

– Lead team responsibilities, including division of labor, performance monitoring, and development.  

– Enhance team efficiency through training and guidance.  

– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and civil society groups.  

– Document project activities, outcomes, and submit status reports to donors.  

– Monitor fund utilization and submit financial reports as required.  

**Profile Requirements:**  

– Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or a relevant field.  

– 6-8 years of experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.  

– Proficiency in project management tools such as logical frameworks and stakeholder mapping.  

– Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.  

– Ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and travel within India for program activities.  

**Salary Range:** INR 11 LPA to 18 LPA, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
