**Job Description:**  

The Manager – Content and Curriculum will lead the content design and teacher professional development initiatives for the SALT Project in Andhra Pradesh. This role involves collaborating with state education departments and partners to enhance teaching practices and student learning outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop strategic plans for teacher training programs.

– Design high-quality instructional materials, rubrics, and checklists.

– Oversee content production, including animations, recordings, and translations.

– Manage a team of 2-3 Managers and 4-8 Associates, ensuring project deliverables and smooth implementation.

– Engage with state leadership and donors to maintain partnerships and submit timely reports.

**Requirements:**

– **Education:** Master’s degree in education or related field; MPhil/PhD preferred.

– **Experience:** Proven track record in instructional design and large-scale training programs, preferably in government settings.

– **Skills:** Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (Telugu advantageous). Strong project management abilities and knowledge of public policy implementation.

**Compensation:**  

The salary range is 9-10 lakh INR per annum CTC.
