INTERVENTION: Digital Learning Solution (DLS)
POSITION: Manager, Content
LEVEL: Manager
REPORTING TO: Sr. Manager/DPH/PH
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Content Creation and implementation
1. To develop effective digital content in K-12 subjects on a given platform
2. To review content given by the content provider and evaluate the same on content, pedagogy and technology criteria.
3. To train teachers on subject specific pedagogy and digital approaches in the respective subject.
4. Develop or translate design documents in Hindi/Marathi.
5. Organizing training sessions, workshops and events to upgrade the teaching skills of primary teachers and to track their progress thereafter.
6. Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
Assessment and Monitoring
1. To track subject analytics to monitor and develop strategies with teachers for optimum content engagement.
2. To track movement of the teacher on the TPACK (Technology, Pedagogy, and Content Knowledge) parameters.
3. To plan and create gamified content and assessments for teachers. To create interesting and attractive teaching learning materials
4. To plan and create gamified assessments for the students in order to track students’ learning and progress.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Post Graduate
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 5- 10 yrs exp in a position creating content for K-12 and teacher training Monitoring, managing and drawing insights from data to improve teacher’s performance.
WORK SKILLS:
● Experience in handling digital content and using digital classroom tools
● Proficiency with popular content management systems.
● Ability to train teachers to use digital tools appropriate for content and pedagogy
● Train teachers on data analytics and develop lesson plans based on student performance
● Creativity and the ability to develop original content and ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
OTHER SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
English and local language (Hindi/Marathi) proficiency, ability to communicate effectively, team player, relationship builder, assertive, approachable, self motivated, problem solving.
NATURE OF JOB: Permanent
LOCATION: Deonar, Mumbai
HOURS OF WORK: 8 hours 6 days a week
